Basic Seminar on Dangerous Goods Regulations – Transport Mode Road
The transport of dangerous goods by road is subject to a wide range of legal regulations. Our basic seminar provides all relevant regulations for the road transport mode – presented systematically, clearly, and with practical examples.
The aim is to develop a solid understanding of the structure and application of national and international regulations to ensure legally compliant and efficient handling of dangerous goods in road transport.
Seminar Content:
- Introduction to dangerous goods law in road transport
- Structure and systematics of the relevant regulations, especially ADR
- National regulations: GGVSEB, RSEB, GGAV, GGBefG and others
- Interactions between the different regulations
- Practical examples and common sources of error
Target Group:
The seminar is aimed at employees and responsible persons from the following areas:
- Road transport of dangerous goods
- Logistics, freight forwarding and transport
- Quality assurance and compliance
- Companies with regular handling of dangerous goods in road transport
Seminar Objective:
Participants receive a sound overview of road dangerous goods regulations and learn how to apply legal requirements safely in practice.
