Additional Training to Become a Brake Quality Inspector

Employees in quality assurance have a high level of responsibility. They carry out quality inspections after rebuilding, maintenance and overhaul work has been performed on freight wagons, identify, and classify defects and damage, and derive possible measures from this.

This additional training is aimed, for example, at people who need an operating license for freight wagons.

The training to become a quality assurance inspector includes the following subjects:

• Possible damage and defects
• Operating limits, inspection limits
• Roadworthiness, operational safety
• Rules, inspection reports, checklists, forms, etc.
• Fuses, bolts, strengths
• Permissible greases and lubricants
• Completeness and correct addresses

For practical consolidation of the topics, the seminar will include approx. 40% practical training directly on various freight wagons.
