Annual One-Day Refresher Training for Certified Brake Maintainers of Passenger Coaches
This annual training course is aimed at qualified maintenance personnel for passenger coach braking systems and offers a comprehensive refresher on current regulations, technical innovations and practical requirements.
The focus is on recent developments in regulatory standards and the practical challenges of maintenance. The course combines sound theoretical knowledge with practical modules and illustrates the content through real-world application examples.
The aim is to deepen existing technical knowledge, strengthen operational confidence in daily work, and ensure ongoing quality and safety in maintenance activities.
This one-day training is a key component for keeping your professional skills up to date and successfully meeting the increasing demands in the maintenance of passenger coaches.

- Target Group:
Staff who are already trained brake fitters for passenger carriages, but who, according to Entities in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) requirements must document advanced training every year. Interested staff at the maintenance level, such as supervisors, foremen, work preparation, and individuals who are authorised to enable operations are also welcome. - Admission Requirements:
Staff who already have valid basic training in ‘braking on rail vehicles’. Other interested persons do not need any prior knowledge. - Duration:
1 day for theory and practice, 8 learning units of 45 minutes - Participants:
maximum 5 participants -
