Would you like to deepen your knowledge of freight wagons and receive practical training? Our specialized seminar offers you a comprehensive overview of freight wagons – from technical fundamentals to practical application.
Training contents:
- The different types of freight wagons – Learn about the differences and specific areas of application.
- Structure of a freight wagon according to AVV – Components and layout in accordance with the General Contract of Use for Freight Wagons.
- Markings and labeling – Understand the importance of wagon markings and identification.
- Running gear – Key components for stability, safety, and functionality in operation.
- Brake systems of freight wagons – Function, maintenance, and testing requirements.
- Underframe with draw and buffing gear – Technical details and their relevance to safe railway operations.
- Wagon body – Materials, construction methods, and structural requirements.
- Inspection criteria according to Appendix 9 of AVV – Key standards for maintenance and safety.
Practical learning for greater safety and efficiency
Thanks to the high proportion of hands-on training, participants not only learn theoretical basics but can also apply their knowledge directly to real freight wagons. This creates an ideal connection between theory and practice and prepares you specifically for your daily work.
In addition to a detailed theoretical introduction, the training includes 40% practical training directly on various freight wagons.
