Possible training contents:

• Compact brake – design, function and maintenance
• Disc brake – specific features and testing methods
• High-performance brake R – requirements and technical details
• Anti-slip protection – functionality and areas of application
• Instruction on brake testing devices PDR 1–6 including operator testing
• Instruction on the specifics of various brake manufacturers: Dako, Oerlikon, Knorr, Charmilles, Wabtec/MH and others

All content is delivered in a practical, hands-on manner using real components to ensure optimal knowledge transfer.

    Staff who are already trained brake fitters, but who would like to continue their training because of innovations or a changed field of work.
  • Admission Requirements:
    Participants who already have valid basic training in ‘braking on rail vehicles
  • Duration:
    depending on the scope and previous education, at least 1 day, 8 learning units of 45 minutes

    maximum 5 participants
  • Dates:
    On request. Please refer to the training calendar for training courses already scheduled.

    Hamelin, Hanover or on-site at your location
